We had bought out mixer from this place about 5 years ago. The sales person sold us a powerful model and it does a great job for our cooking needs, using it almost every day . Much better than any american model you would buy at Macy's or JCP. The place is also spacious and the folks in there are very friendly. I would go there again for all my electronics appliance needs.

I just got an Elgi Ultra wetgrinder from here. End to end the experience was very smooth and comfortable. When I had an issue, the owner went above and beyond to make sure it is resolved and we are happy . Other retailers should learn Customer Service 101 from him.

I had a very good experience with Balaji Gifts and Electronics. I went there almost at closing time to fix my pressure cooker, but they still helped me without any hesitation. Their service and the way they received customers was really good. I truly appreciate their support and kindness. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this store.

Nice store with great prices! They have a wide variety of Indian kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, mixer grinders, and other household essentials. I bought a couple of items, and I'm very happy with both the quality and the pricing. Definitely a great place to shop for Indian home and kitchen products.

The mini wet and dry grinder from Bala Ji Electronics is one of the best on the market. Its compact size is perfect for small kitchen needs and ideal for grinding smaller quantities without needing a large grinder. The dry grinder makes very fine powders, and the wet grinder handles small wet grinding tasks exceptionally well. I was so impressed with its quality that I bought three backups 9 years ago—and all of them still work perfectly today. Durable, efficient, and built to last. Highly recommended!

Great store with amazing deals! We bought kitchen utensils, including two iron kadhai, and also got a 36-inch carrom board with coins and carrom powder at the unbeatable price. The board’s finishing is excellent, and we’re very happy with the quality. Definitely worth exploring this store!
